Shipping to US

On our website we can currently accept orders with shipping address to US only. We ship all notebooks from warehouses in US via Amazon shipping services. The shipping service is expedited UPS/FedEx or other similar 2-4 business days service. Tracking number is duly provided. Every item is insured. Shipping is free if your cart value is over $50 and only $5.99 if it’s below $50. We dispatch all orders within few hours on the same day unless it's Sunday or a national holiday.

How do we pack our items?

We are obsessive about quality! Our notebooks pass not one but 4 detailed quality control processes. The first one is right after the cover and paper block come out the machines and are bind together by hand. Any paper block or cover which shows even the smallest defect is immediately put aside for recycling. Then after each notebook is assembled a dedicated quality control is made. Each notebook is visually hand inspected in detail. The notebooks even with the smallest marks are put back for recycling. Since any one person can make a mistake, few days after the first dedicated quality control, a different person performs another thorough quality control to the same batch of notebooks. This process rarely turns out a bad apple, but we want to be sure you don’t get it. After these 2 detailed quality controls are passed, each notebook is passed for hand packing with in a vacuum cellophane machine. In this process the person also has a task to examine each notebook prior packing, so we can make sure you’ll receive the perfect notebook!
